Attract the Brightest Talent!

Businesses looking to recruit the best talent are invited to use the services of Plymouth University's Careers and Employability team with the launch of their new brochure.

Plymouth University’s Careers & Employability Service are actively looking to engage with businesses to demonstrate the range and quality of talented recruits the University is able to provide. 

The team's 2016-17 employer engagement brochure, Attracting the Brightest Talent, showcases the full range of the services and the many opportunities that are open to firms across the South West and beyond. 

The University is able to assist businesses of any size with providing solutions to their recruitment and skills requirements - from working with students or graduates to linking with academic staff. 

As well as linking employers with Plymouth University students and graduates, the team can also assist with a range of recruitment issues such as: 
  • Raising the profile of a business and the careers on offer, and increasing awareness of graduate and undergraduate vacancies 
  • Identifying talent at an early stage, in order to fill potential vacancies and skills gaps 
  • Advertising a full range of vacancies such as part-time work, internships, placements and graduate opportunities 
  • Connecting businesses with the Santander Universities Internship Programme, which provides high-quality paid internships to students and recent graduates, and financial support to their employers
