Introducing VR World Congress 2017
Plans for a three-day, 2000 visitor capacity VR conference have been confirmed. Sponsored by AMD, the Bristol-based event will take place in April 2017.
VR World Congress is
one of the world’s biggest virtual reality events, hosting over 2000
attendees across a huge three-day event based in Bristol.
Taking place from 11 - 13 April 2017, the event is sponsored once again by global tech leader AMD. Set in the thriving heart of the Bristol's beautiful waterside, VR World Congress will make use of Millennium Square, the Watershed, At-Bristol Science Centre and the Planetarium, VRWC17 will be the place for professionals to connect with virtual reality's most important buyers, sellers and consumers.
The agenda sees an entire first day largely focused on match-making with business meetings facilitated by the Enterprise Europe Network that will connect delegates with the people they need to speak to, easily.
VR World Congress has quickly become an unmissable industry-leading occasion. Speakers from IBM, Royal Opera House, Microsoft, Aardman and Ultrahaptics will join keynote David Holz, co-founder and CTO of Leap Motion. David will be travelling from the US to speak about Leap Motion’s incredible, world-leading advances in input technology.
technology giant AMD, mind-bending ultrasound haptics company Ultrahaptics
and VR training company BMT Reality Studios. We’ll also be hosting
engineering simulation experts Clicks and Links, developers of the
hugely successfully VR videogames Psytec Games & Coatsink, arch
viz studio Truvision and makers of incredible 3D dome systems Igloo
to name but a few.
