The impact of mentoring on social startups
A new networking event discussing the impact of mentoring on starting up social enterprises comes to Plymouth.
This event is hosted by the Futures Entrepreneurship team at Plymouth University, and will bring together mentors, entrepreneurs, ethical purchasing groups (EPGs), researchers and other interested stakeholders operating in Devon and Cornwall, Croatia, France, and Italy, to discuss the impact of mentoring on starting up social enterprises.
Taking place at Mast House, Plymouth, on Thursday 12 November, from 17.30pm - 19.30pm, this free event will include a number of key note presentations as follows:
- A walk through the five senses of mentoring, and igniting social enterprise through mentoring EPGs. This will be delivered by Sybille Schiffmann of Futures.
- The EPG Landscape in Croatia, France and Italy and the opportunities this presents to Devon and Cornwall. This will be delivered by the Social Start Ups Erasmus+ project partners.
