We work with all levels of local and regional government, from officers working directly on projects to those who influence local decision making and strategic groups such as the Heart of the SW Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).
We engage with strategic groups such as the LEP to ensure that we have an effect on their plans to ensure that they are of benefit to the local business environment and work towards our goal of improving Plymouth as a place to do business.
Nationally, we have access to the Government through our relationship with British Chambers of Commerce, enabling us to add weight to our local and regional lobbying activity.
We address key issues impacting on business growth and development for our region. Our members’ opinions are important to us, and we urge them all to work with us to shape the agenda for our lobbying activities.
