Planning ahead?
Hi everyone - I am receiving some fab feedback from my previous question about funding - thank you! My next question is about planning ahead for marketing. How far ahead should I be looking to plan, for example, do I need to plan for the season after next for PR and ads? Or should I be focusing on the year ahead? My business forecasting goes up to five years - do I need to do the same for my marketing? (Or is that too eager/ambitious?)
