Looking for Business Mentors
We are a group of students from the Plymouth University who are planning for an expedition to the Baffin Island in 2016 and we hope to use this experience to gain employability skills to enrich our CVs for graduate employment. And one of the things we are thinking of doing to enrich the experience is to change the expedition into some sort of an entity, like a charity, non profit or company. And so we would like to ask does anyone can discuss or give us some advice? We do not have any budget at present to pay for these services but would like to find people who have experience to help the business idea grow. Many thanks Nicole

Just started a technology company with a friend. We are both 19. I understand that there are grants for youths, like us. However, we are also gap-year students, which may effect our eligibility with certain trusts (Prince's Trust in particular). Could anyone give us advice? Thanks in advance.

Are there grants available for upgrading printing press?
Hi there, I run a clothing brand in the Teignbridge area and I'm trying to find funding for upgrading our current printing press. We currently use a screen printing press, but are now looking to gain investment for a digital printer which will allow us the freedom to print more complex designs. The upgrade will create 1 x part time job in the area and save us considerable costs when compared to outsourcing the printing. Hello everyone, are there any grants available for my type of business?
