Growing Places Fund - Cornwall
The Growing Places Fund has £6 million of investment funding available to unlock stalled housing and commercial development to create jobs in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. It is part of the Business Boost suite of funds.
It is aimed at businesses and public sector organisations in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. It is a revolving fund because the money, once repaid from an investment, is put back into another scheme, helping to generate further growth.
The fund has a minimum investment threshold of £350,000 and is managed by Cornwall Development Company on behalf of the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Local Enterprise Partnership and Cornwall Council.
