FC Fund Managers is a fund management and investment company authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
FC Fund Managers is privately owned and operated by a team of investment professionals with significant experience in investing and fund management.
It manages a number of funds for government, the European Regional Development Fund and private investors including the South West Loans Fund (for investments over £50,000) and the South West Cleantech Co-investment Fund
Private funds
FC Fund Managers invests both its own capital and that of its shareholders into attractive investment opportunities which do not conflict with the funds it manages. It is particularly interested in the following types of transactions:
- Distressed Investing - buying distressed debt or trade claims, debt to equity conversions, liquidation investing.
- Special Situations Investing - introducing new money and expertise to unlock situations with equity upside.
- Credit Opportunities - rescue financing, short term working capital to troubled companies.
- Distressed Property Investing - unlocking existing schemes in default of bank facilities, providing equity capital for development opportunities, wholesale purchase of asset portfolios.
