South West trade mission to China
Bristol China Partnership, China-Britain Business Council and UK Trade & Investment are inviting businesses from the South West of England to attend a comprehensive programme in some of China's most exciting cities.
The programme will help you better understand the business environment in these cities as well as establish and expand your business networks.
It will include meetings with business leaders and government officials, site visits, events, seminars and networking receptions. The visit will be beneficial to companies from all sectors interested in exploring trade and investment opportunities.
The delegation will visit:
* Guangzhou - sister city of Bristol and Southern China's biggest business hub, is leading the country's drive to move up the value chain
* Shenzhen - known once as the world's workshop, is rebranding itself as one of China's largest high-tech and service industries centres
* Hangzhou - in the Yangtze River Delta on the Eastern Seaboard, is home to some of China's most successful private enterprises and a dynamic regional centre
* And an opportunity to visit another city in the Yangtze River Delta - Wenzhou, Ningbo or Yiwu
In addition to the overall programme, CBBC and UKTI are pleased to further support delegates through a subsidised service offering the opportunity to undertake tailored market research, partner identification and meeting programmes to make the very most of your visit.
CBBC have staff in Guangzhou, Hangzhou and Shenzhen, who are well placed to help you identify, approach and arrange meetings with key potential contacts, partners and clients.
